
Tiffany Campbell MA, LMFT
Tiffany is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). She received her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Connecticut and her Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fairfield University. Tiffany has experience working with couples seeking to strengthen their marital bond, create effective communication patterns, increase intimacy, overcome infidelity, and process life cycle transitions. She has extensive experience treating youth with AD/HD, anxiety, trauma history, depression, and displaying disruptive/aggressive behaviors. She has experience working with families to process life cycle transitions and navigate crises.
Tiffany utilizes family systems-based theories and solution focused therapy when working with individuals and families. Tiffany is certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), an evidence-based treatment modality for young children displaying behavioral problems in various settings. Tiffany works with a diverse population and treat children as young as 3 years of age. Tiffany utilizes the following approaches to treat clients and help them meet their goals: family systems-based theories, solution focused therapy, play therapy techniques, art therapy techniques, and Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Therapy (SMART). Prior to joining Exceptional Wellness, Tiffany provided in home therapy and served as a therapist at a children’s partial care facility.
I am passionate about providing a safe, judgement free environment for individuals and families to process their pain, develop healthy ways of coping, highlight their strengths, and feel empowered to move forward.
In her free time, Tiffany enjoys exercising, cooking, and spending time with her family. Daytime, evening and weekend appointments in Manalapan.
