Finding Your Footing: Life After High School

Finding Your Footing is an 8-week therapy group designed to support high school juniors and seniors as they navigate the transition out of high school. Whether students are planning for college, a gap year, trade school, or entering the workforce, this group offers a supportive space to explore identity, values, stress management, and decision-making during a major life transition.

Participants will build confidence, coping skills, and clarity around next steps while connecting with peers experiencing similar challenges.
