Jane Dustman
MSW, LCSW

Jane Dustman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from Monmouth University. She has been working in the field of social work since 2016. She provides mental health counseling to individuals, families and groups.

Jane has worked with various mental health diagnoses in her career and has experience working with clients struggling from issues related to depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, adjustment periods, self-esteem, and daily life stressors. Her experience includes working with adolescents and adults during their time of need, exploring their strengths and working towards their short and long term goals. Jane has a background of working with individuals and families in private practice settings and running group therapy in Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization settings.

She also has over four years of experience working on an inpatient psychiatric unit running psychotherapy and psychoeducation groups, working with various members of the interdisciplinary team and various community members coordinating care.

Jane uses a variation of Evidence-Based techniques including the Strengths-Based Approach, The Humanist Approach, CBT and DBT techniques. She is focused and incorporates clients’ strengths and leisure activities into their treatment.

In her spare time, Jane enjoys spending time with friends and family, working out, and spending time at the beach.
