NAMIWalks is a reflection of that unity—bringing people together with a shared belief in Mental Health for All. \nThis event is more than a walk. It is a movement fueled by connection\, compassion\, and courage. It takes strength to seek help\, to support a loved one\, and to step forward as an advocate for mental health. Every participant\, donor\, and supporter plays a meaningful role in creating change. \nDid you know that the average delay between the onset of mental health symptoms and treatment is 11 years? That is far too long.
