Alliee is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who earned her Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University in 2012. She began her career in outpatient dialysis centers, providing case management services, before transitioning to community mental health, where she has worked for the past 10 years. Alliee is a Clinical Supervisor and holds certifications in Trauma-Informed Care and Advanced Clinical Practice.

Alliee has experience working with a diverse range of clients, including pre-teens (10 and up), teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families. She has assisted clients in addressing a variety of challenges, such as self-esteem issues, anxiety and stress management, depression, relationship conflicts, grief and loss, academic concerns, disruptive classroom behaviors, life changes and transitions, family conflict, and trauma.

Alliee views therapy as a collaborative process between herself and her clients. She emphasizes the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship, customizing interventions to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. With a willingness to engage in difficult conversations, Alliee brings humor, empathy, and curiosity to the process. She is committed to rolling up her sleeves and walking alongside her clients every step of the way.

When the therapist hat is off, Alliee enjoys listening to music, traveling, reading, exploring something new, watching documentaries and spending time with friends and family. Alliee enjoys spending time deepening her spirituality and is certified in Reiki.
