Brittany is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Rutgers University in 2022. She brings experience working with individuals, families, couples, and groups across a variety of clinical settings, including Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Therapeutic Behavioral Schools, and Telehealth platforms.
Brittany uses a range of evidence-based and client-centered interventions that are tailored to each clients presenting concerns, developmental stage and treatment goals which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness exercises and Solution Focused Therapy.
She works with children as young as 10 years old, as well as adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Her clinical experience includes supporting clients facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, substance use, parenting concerns, personality disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, PTSD, oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), relationship difficulties, and a wide range of other mental health concerns.
Brittany prioritizes presence over perfection and trusts the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for growth. She finds fulfillment in creating a space where clients feel seen, safe and supported. She also enjoys building collaborative relationships that foster growth, resilience and self-compassion.
Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, fiancé and dog. She loves to travel, eat good food, go to the beach, binge-watch reality TV, go to the gym and go on the occasional unplanned shopping trips. She also enjoys recharging with some music or a relaxing massage.
