Brittany is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who received her Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from Monmouth University. She has experience as a Therapist and Clinician in various mental health settings such as: Crisis, Private Practice, Residential, Partial Care/Day Program, and Psychiatric Inpatient settings. Brittany works with various age populations such as, adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families. Brittany is very passionate about mental health awareness and maintaining one’s mental health through self-care, attachment-based issues, interpersonal and/or intimate relationship issues, communication within interpersonal relationships, and couples based therapy and compatibility counseling. She specializes in guiding people through relationship issues, life transition journeys, and building a stronger and individualized self-identity.

She also has experience working with those diagnosed with Anxiety, Attachment-based issues, Intimate Partner Relationship Issues, Interpersonal relationship issues, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Grief-related issues, LGBTQ youth, Personality Disorders, Post-partum related issues, Relationship-based issues, Schizophrenia Spectrum Disorders, Self-esteem issues, Self-injurious behaviors, and varying forms of trauma and abuse.

Brittany’s preferred therapeutic style utilizes a humanistic, therapist-client relationship focused, and psychodynamic approach to treatment. She believes everyone is capable of resiliency and change and that a client’s treatment should be individualistic. She also believes there is no “one size fits all” approach to treatment and actively reinforces a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment.

In her free time, she loves spending time with her son, partner, and friends. She also enjoys singing karaoke, playing the tambourine, Stevie Nicks, reading, and watching/analyzing reality TV shows about dating and relationships.
