Elizabeth is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern who has completed her coursework in the CACREP-accredited Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Capella University with a 4.0 GPA. A member of Chi Sigma Iota, a national honor society for counseling excellence, Elizabeth brings academic achievement and rich life experience to her practice.
At 52, Elizabeth offers a unique perspective shaped by her roles as a wife, mother, and caregiver to her parents. Elizabeth has supported individuals of all ages, from children to geriatric adults, who have faced challenges such as OCD, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Her experiences supporting and being present for people across this wide age range have deepened her empathy and understanding, enriching her approach to mental health care. She understands the complexities of parenting and mental health today and believes in guiding clients through a caring, supportive, and honest therapeutic relationship.
Elizabeth has completed training in I-CBT, an innovative approach to treating OCD, and is pursuing Level 1 training with the Beck Institute to deepen her expertise. Her approach integrates mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic techniques grounded in existential principles that emphasize the mind-body connection.

Elizabeth enjoys yoga, hiking, skiing, and spending time with her friends and family.
