Nicole DeSantis
MS, LPC

Nicole is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in working with children, teens, college students, and adults. She received her Masters of Clinical Mental Health from Monmouth University. Nicole employs humanistic, solution-focused, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques in combination with mindfulness and strengths-based counseling to best address the varying needs of each client. She has experience working with clients struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment disorders, PTSD, Developmental disorders, and Crisis management.

In her free time, Nicole enjoys cooking, yoga, reading, volunteering at an equestrian center (in facilitating therapeutic riding sessions for children with disabilities), and finding new places to hike with her dog.

I have learned that one of the keys to understanding the human experience is highlighting the importance of balance in all aspects of life. In order to heal I find it essential to utilize honesty and transparency to meet each client where they are in the counseling process. My goal is to provide a safe and therapeutic environment to assist and support children, teens, and adults that are dealing with a multitude of issues.
