Vivian is a Licensed Associate Counselor with experience working in higher levels of care including Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs. She earned her Bachelor of Arts and Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling at Rider University. She has experience working with a variety of mental health conditions including Anxiety, Depression, and Neurodivergent Disorders.
Vivian is a passionate therapist who enjoys working with clients of all ages. She utilizes evidence-based treatment interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Art Therapy techniques, Mindfulness, and Faith-Based interventions; as it relates to how clients and families request to include their Christian values into therapy.
Vivian enjoys reading and spending time with family. She enjoys trips to the beach and volunteering at her local church.
