Our clinical team is here to guide you on the right path in order to reach your goals. Whether you are seeking to improve your relationships, help your child with behavioral or academic concerns, or to increase your mood, the ultimate goal is for you to feel happier!

Our team is comprised of female & male therapists who are warm, genuine, empathetic, and supportive people. Our philosophy is to look at the person as a whole rather than just a diagnosis. We take into consideration important factors such as your lifestyle, food, sleep habits, social network, as well as your support system. We will work collaboratively with any other professionals that are an integral part of your care plan. If you are a parent, we will work closely with you, as you know your child best.

We offer a variety of modalities, since everyone is unique and responds differently to therapeutic approaches. Some of the modalities we offer are:

We also recognize that if you are reading this, you are seriously contemplating therapy. Generally people call us when they have reached DEFCON 5.
