It’s a supportive, collaborative, and genuinely caring environment that has made the start of my career deeply fulfilling. Each team member brings such thoughtfulness and positivity to the office, creating a space that feels both inspiring and connected. I have worked at EWC for 3 years as a full time therapist. Right from the very beginning I was amazed by how friendly and welcoming the entire staff have been. The clinical staff are very helpful and often collaborate in our really nice staff kitchen. There is sincere caring by the owner and all the staff. We have amazing quarterly outings and perks like chair massage coming into the office, bonuses, free or reimbursed CEU classes and my favorite catered lunch on a regular basis. Staff are supported and encouraged to grow professionally. I’ve really enjoyed not having to worry about billing problems and the consistency with pay has taken the stress out of payday!
Working for EWC has been a great experience. My caseload is tailored specifically for who I want to work with, the administration team and clinical staff are supportive, encouraging, and readily available when needed. The monthly outings are so much fun and have fostered connection with my colleagues. The office space, professionalism, and dedication to detail is top notch. It is a wonderful place to work.

My experience working at EWC has been incredible across the board and has exceeded my initial expectations. Working at Exceptional Wellness Counseling has been a wonderful introduction to working in the private practice sector. Prior to joining, I had often heard how “lonely” it can be to work in private practice, but not at EWC! I work with an amazing group of individuals from interesting backgrounds and a plethora of different clinical experiences to bring to the team and community that we serve.
