Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Groups (Ages 6-9, Ages 10-13, Ages 14-18, Adults)

This group will teach participants how to bring mindfulness based techniques into their daily life. Mindfulness has been proven to decrease anxiety, reduce stress, improve focus and concentration, reduce pain, improve emotional regulation, elevate emotional intelligence as well as to increase the ability to connect with others in a more compassionate manner.
