Cristiana Lamberti
MA, LAC

Cristiana is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC). She earned her Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, where she specialized in Victimology and Trauma. She has experience working on the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline as a crisis counselor, and also has worked with families of individuals suffering from mental health crises.

Cristiana works with individuals who are struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Relationships, and Trauma. She believes that mental wellness can be best achieved when a healthy connection is made between the mind, body, and soul. Cristiana tailors her treatment to meet the unique needs of individuals, and believes in utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), in combination with holistic approaches and mindfulness practices.

In her free time, Cristiana loves being at the beach, going for walks, growing plants, watching documentaries, creating art, and spending time with loved ones.
