Since much of my clinical experience has been with youth and families, my practice has been guided by the principles of Family Systems Theory. I believe in focusing on my clients’ strengths, and tailoring my treatment for each client, to help individuals meet their personal goals.”
In her free time, Jenna loves spending time with her family and friends, listening to live music, cooking/baking, practicing yoga, going to the beach, biking, nature walks, eating ice cream, reading, watching TV/movies, celebrating holidays and traveling.
