Megan Rudman
MSW, LCSW

Megan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years experience working in the mental health and addictions field. Megan earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from New York University and has experience as both a therapist and supervisor working in hospital, agency, and private practice settings. Megan is proficient in conducting both individual and group therapy sessions. She utilizes evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Megan has worked with clients struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Adjustment Disorders, Co-Occurring Disorders, Substance Abuse, and other mental health challenges.

Megan provides empathic care in a safe, non judgemental environment. She approaches treatment from a strengths based perspective and believes in meeting the client where they are. She works with children as young as 10 years old through older adulthood. Megan is foundationally trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is a clinical supervisor, and a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and reading a good book on the beach.
