With a deep-rooted passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges, Sam specializes in working with children, teens, and adults, offering a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions and develop coping strategies.

Driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, Sam received a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has worked in the mental health field since 2018. Sam’s approach is integrative, drawing from various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and art therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

Sam believes in the power of collaboration and works closely with clients to identify their strengths and goals, empowering them to overcome obstacles and achieve lasting change. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues, Sam provides individualized care that fosters healing and personal growth. They are committed to creating a non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and supported on their journey toward mental wellness. Sam is an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and has worked with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and self-harm behaviors. Outside of the practice, Sam enjoys crocheting, painting, practicing yoga, and playing games.

My favorite quote is “I am the master of my fate, I am the captain of my soul” by William Ernest Henley. To me, this quote shows us that only we are the ones in charge of our lives and that we alone have the power to make positive and lasting change.
