Therapist Career Tracks

Option 1: Fee-for-Service (FFS) Therapist- W-2 | Part-Time or Full-Time

This role offers flexibility while still providing a clear path to full-time status and benefits.

Minimum weekly commitment:

  • Provisionally licensed: 12+ client sessions per week
  • Fully licensed: 8+ client sessions per week
  • Compensation: Paid per completed session
  • Flexible scheduling with the ability to scale into a full-time caseload
  • Therapists who consistently average 110+ completed sessions per month are considered full-time and become eligible for benefits

Option 2: Salaried Therapist- W-2 | Full-Time

  • Required commitment: 35 or 40 hours per week
  • Includes direct client care, documentation, and non-clinical responsibilities
  • Full benefits package
  • Stable income with long-term growth opportunities

This option is ideal for clinicians seeking stability, benefits, and a fully supported team environment.
