This in-person Art Therapy Group supports children ages 6–10 in exploring emotions, building coping skills, and growing confidence through creative expression. Using art-based activities in a supportive group setting, children develop emotional awareness, self-regulation, and social skills while connecting with peers.
Art therapy offers a developmentally appropriate way for children to express themselves, build self-esteem, and practice problem-solving in a safe, nurturing environment.
