Delia is a compassionate psychotherapist with a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the NYU Advanced Standing program and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), also licensed to practice in Florida. With a diverse background working with adolescents, adults, families, and couples, Delia has extensive experience supporting individuals through challenges such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, co-occurring disorders, ADHD, Autism, and more.
Using a psychodynamic approach, Delia integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Relational Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and others. Delia is dedicated to creating a safe, collaborative space where clients can work toward meaningful personal growth and improved emotional well-being.
