Marielle is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and young adults through life’s most challenging moments. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Monmouth University and her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Rutgers University. While she began her academic path in politics, Marielle soon discovered her true calling—helping individuals navigate personal struggles and build meaningful, fulfilling lives.
Her professional experience includes working with individuals in crisis and providing services to adolescents in school-based youth programs. Marielle brings a warm, strengths-based approach to therapy, drawing on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Empowerment Theory.
She has worked extensively with individuals facing depression, anxiety, suicidality, and psychosis, and is deeply committed to fostering a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward healing.
Outside the therapy room, Marielle enjoys spending time outdoors with her German Shepherd, Birdie, and her Husky mix, Willie. She is also actively involved with a local equine sanctuary, where she finds peace and purpose working with horses and donkeys.
