Sabrina is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who earned a Master’s degree from Monmouth University. She has experience working in adult partial care and community-based settings.
Sabrina works with teens and adults taking a person-centered approach to therapy. She enjoys supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem and self-worth challenges. She is especially interested in helping clients focus on their strengths, nurturing new and existing coping skills, cultivating mindfulness and aiding clients in achieving their goals.
She believes in meeting clients where they are and focusing on a strengths-based approach. Sabrina utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Person-Centered Therapy and Mindfulness based therapy. She strives to foster a safe and inclusive therapeutic environment, focusing on building trust, collaboration and mutual respect. Sabrina firmly believes that clients are the experts of their own lives, and therefore views the therapeutic relationship as a team approach with the client guiding the therapeutic process.
Outside of the therapy room, Sabrina values spending time with her family and friends. She loves reading, trying new recipes and exploring new places.
