Jared is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) who earned a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Seton Hall University. He has experience working in private practice and outpatient settings.
Jared works with children, teens, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stressful life transitions, work or school-related stress, and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). He is especially interested in identifying and reinforcing client strengths, developing coping skills, and improving the day-to-day lives of clients.
Jared takes a person-centered, nonjudgmental approach to therapy and strives to create a safe, collaborative therapeutic space. He believes a trusting, warm therapeutic relationship, as well as meeting clients where they are, is the foundation of making lasting, meaningful change.
Outside of the therapy room, Jared enjoys working out, playing video games, and spending time with his friends, family, and two cats.
