Nick is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Disaster Response Crisis Counselor (DRCC). He earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University and has experience working in intensive outpatient (IOP) programs, private practice, and community-based care settings.
Nick works with adolescents, adults, and couples, supporting clients navigating a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, men’s mental health concerns, substance use, chronic illness, time management, self-worth, and relationship or performance struggles. His goal is to help clients recognize their own strengths and develop the tools needed to move through challenges and toward their personal goals.
Nick takes a collaborative approach to therapy, drawing from Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Gestalt Therapy. He strives to create a space where clients feel comfortable being their authentic selves, with a focus on the present moment and the belief that meaningful growth happens when people feel supported while working through challenges and moving toward what matters most to them.
Nick is a member of the American Counseling Association and has a specialization in relationship counseling. He previously served as President of the Chi Sigma Iota Counseling Honor Society at Monmouth University and is currently part of a research team studying the use of gaming in therapeutic settings.
Outside of the therapy room, Nick enjoys attending concerts and music festivals, going to the gym, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
