Bari is a graduate counseling intern currently pursuing dual Master’s degrees in School Counseling and Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Seton Hall University. She also has a background in education as a high school math teacher, cheerleading coach, and private tutor, experiences that strengthened her passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges.
Bari welcomes clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, families, and older adults. She enjoys supporting clients navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, life transitions, and school, work, or family-related pressures. Through her experience working closely with students and families, Bari has developed a warm, supportive, and approachable style that helps clients feel comfortable, understood, and genuinely heard.
Bari takes a collaborative, growth-focused, and nonjudgmental approach to counseling. She believes therapy should feel like a safe and empowering space where clients can openly be themselves, process difficult emotions, and build confidence while working toward meaningful change. Her goal is to create a calm and supportive environment tailored to each client’s unique experiences and needs.
Outside of counseling, Bari enjoys staying active, spending time with her dogs, expressing creativity through fashion and personal style, and watching reality TV and classic campy horror movies.
