Adult Grief Therapy Group: Creating a Safe Space for Healing Through Connection

Losing someone you love can feel overwhelming and isolating. You don’t have to navigate grief alone. Our Adult Grief Therapy Group provides a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where adults can process their loss, connect with others who understand, and learn healthy ways to navigate life after loss.

Facilitated by Christina Leanza, MS, LAC, this 8-week, therapist-led group will explore topics including understanding the grieving process, coping with grief triggers, processing guilt and regret, maintaining continuing bonds with loved ones, rebuilding identity after loss, and finding meaning as you move forward.

To encourage meaningful connection and allow every participant the opportunity to feel seen and heard, the group is intentionally limited to 10 participants.
