We know that one size does NOT fit all for our clients and it certainly doesn’t fit all for our therapists. As such we want you to choose which job option would meet YOUR needs.
Option 1: Therapist position: This is a W2 position that you can choose to work a minimum of 12+ hours at a fee for service position. If you have 110+ completed hours you will be considered full time and eligible for benefits.
Option 2: Salaried therapist position:This is a W2 position that requires 40 hours per week

I have worked at EWC for 3 years as a full time therapist. Right from the very beginning I was amazed by how friendly and welcoming the entire staff have been. The clinical staff are very helpful and often collaborate in our really nice staff kitchen. There is sincere caring by the owner and all the staff. We have amazing quarterly outings and perks like chair massage coming into the office, bonuses, free or reimbursed CEU classes and my favorite catered lunch on a regular basis. Staff are supported and encouraged to grow professionally. I’ve really enjoyed not having to worry about billing problems and the consistency with pay has taken the stress out of payday!
Working for EWC has been a great experience. My caseload is tailored specifically for who I want to work with, the administration team and clinical staff are supportive, encouraging, and readily available when needed. The monthly outings are so much fun and have fostered connection with my colleagues. The office space, professionalism, and dedication to detail is top notch. It is a wonderful place to work.
Exceptional Wellness has fostered my ability to grow as a therapist in so many ways. I have enjoyed working collaboratively with the staff and have been provided support, resources, training, and continuing education opportunities.
