Amanda is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Rutgers University. She brings experience from partial hospitalization and community-based settings, where she has supported individuals navigating complex emotional and life challenges.
Amanda works with clients ranging from young adults to seniors and is passionate about helping them move through anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, and life transitions. She is especially energized by guiding clients toward deeper self-understanding and helping them recognize their inherent strengths. Her approach is collaborative and holistic, grounded in education and insight, so clients leave sessions not only feeling supported, but equipped.
She is committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and heard. Amanda considers herself her clients’ biggest cheerleader — celebrating their growth while walking alongside them during difficult seasons. She prioritizes empowerment, offering practical tools and strategies to help clients navigate stressors with greater confidence and trust in themselves. While she approaches each concern with care, she also believes there is meaningful space for lightness, humor, and authentic connection in the therapeutic process.
Outside of the therapy room, Amanda enjoys spending time in nature, being with her dog Desmond, experimenting in the kitchen, and drawing.
