Angelica is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and Provisional Registered Art Therapist (ATR-P) who earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling/Art Therapy from Caldwell University. She has experience working in outpatient and nonprofit organization settings.
Angelica loves to work with children as young as three years old. She also works with teens, adults, older adults, and families. She has experience working with Anxiety, Depression, Feeding & Eating Disorders, Domestic Violence, Women’s Issues, Behavioral Challenges, and Trauma.
Angelica utilizes a person-centered approach, creating a safe and nonjudgmental environment that fosters collaboration with clients in pursuit of their goals. By encouraging creativity, she empowers individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences through art. This art-making process helps clients find their voice and encourages meaningful emotional discovery and healing.
In her free time, Angelica loves to create her own artwork using all kinds of materials and enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, playing with her dog Daisy, and soaking up the sun outside!
