Ashley is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over two decades of experience as a passionate advocate and changemaker in the community. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Georgian Court University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Monmouth University. Ashley is extensively trained as a Special Education Advocate and certified as a School Social Worker. She is also a Nurtured Heart Approach Trainer and a Prime for Life Instructor, consistently bringing a growth mindset and a deep commitment to ongoing learning to every opportunity.
Ashley’s career spans multiple levels of care, including group homes, care management, in home and outpatient services. Her impactful tenure at MonmouthCares included both direct service and leadership roles, where she championed the empowerment of youth, families, and professionals alike. Her work reflects a strong dedication to supporting people, the community and driving positive change on both the individual and organizational levels.
Outside of work, Ashley is a proud mother of four dynamic children. She enjoys making unforgettable memories with her family, playing basketball, basking in the sun collecting shells, and exploring new places whenever she can.
