Glenn is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s challenges. His academic journey began at Kean University, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology in 2021, discovering his passion for helping others. Building on that foundation, he completed his master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2024, focusing on advanced therapeutic practice.

Glenn’s approach to therapy is built on evidence-based techniques tailored to each individual’s needs. He primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and change unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviors; Person-Centered Therapy to create a non-judgmental, empathetic space where clients feel empowered to guide their own growth; and Positive Psychology principles to focus on strengths, resilience, and cultivating a more fulfilling life. He has experience working with adolescents and adults across a variety of concerns, including substance abuse, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.

Glenn believes that every client holds the potential for positive change and growth. While the therapeutic process requires effort, the capacity for self-improvement is always present.

His personal life often reflects a balance of focused work and mindful decompression. He loves to spend time with his wife and animals. In his downtime, he enjoys building computers as a hands-on, problem-solving hobby. To destress and maintain mental clarity, he makes time for the gym and enjoys unwinding with video games. This balance helps him stay present and energized for his clinical work.

He looks forward to partnering with you on your journey toward greater well-being.
