Jessica is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) who earned her Masters of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Substance Abuse from Monmouth University. She has experience working with adolescents, adults, groups, and families in inpatient, intensive outpatient, and public-school settings. 

Jessica has worked with clients struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Schizophrenia, Co-occurring Substance Use Disorders, PTSD, ADHD, Trauma, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. She works from a holistic lens, nurturing the mind-body-spirit connection, while empowering clients to define themselves through curiosity and compassion. Her therapeutic approach is client centered and pulls from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Adlerian, and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT). Jessica also enjoys integrating yoga, movement, and mindfulness into her therapeutic interventions. 

In her free time, you can find Jessica dancing in any style from ballet to cha-cha. She enjoys exploring various restaurants and cuisines. 

Jessica is fluent in Spanish.
