Julie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over six years of experience in the mental health field. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from West Chester University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Monmouth University. Julie has provided therapy in a variety of settings, including schools, partial hospitalization programs, and intensive outpatient programs. She has extensive experience supporting clients navigating school avoidance, social anxiety, and complex interpersonal relationships, while also guiding parents with intervention strategies to help clients achieve their goals.

Julie works with children as young as 10, adolescents, adults, and families. She employs evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). She is also experienced in running therapeutic groups and developing Wellness Recovery Action Plans (WRAP) to promote insight and long-term mental wellness. Her work addresses a broad range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and other mental health challenges.

Julie is passionate about helping clients reach their full potential, using a strengths-based perspective and meeting clients where they are. She is committed to ongoing professional growth and seeks out new, effective ways to support the individuals and families she serves.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her dog, practicing yoga, baking new recipes, and reading on the beach.
