Mary is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over twenty-five years of clinical experience specializing in individual, couples, and family therapy. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from Kean University. Mary offers an accepting, caring, and engaging approach while promoting meaningful change. She has extensive experience in clinical crisis assessment and teaching clients how to improve communication, assertiveness, emotion regulation, and relaxation skills. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, compulsive behaviors, and family conflict.
Mary provides virtual therapy exclusively and is licensed in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Florida, Oklahoma, and Arizona. This allows her to work with clients across multiple states through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions while maintaining a personalized and supportive therapeutic experience.
She is trained in teaching meditation as a method for preventing and reducing depression and anxiety and has received professional mediation training through Rutgers University, which she incorporates into her work with couples and families navigating conflict and communication challenges.
