Mary Puschel

Mary is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over twenty-five years of clinical experience specializing in individual, couples, and family therapy. Mary earned her Masters in Social Work from Kean University.  Mary offers an accepting, caring and engaging approach while promoting change. Mary has extensive experience in clinical crisis assessment and teaching clients how to improve their communication, assertiveness, emotion regulation, and relaxation skills. She works with clients who suffer from anxiety, depression, mood disorders, compulsive behavior, and family conflict.

Mary is trained in teaching meditation as a method for preventing and healing depression and anxiety. She has been trained by Rutgers University in Professional Mediation, which she employs while working with couples and families.

Mary enjoys her work with her clients and feels her career is a choice she made perfectly as it brings her fulfillment to see the people she works with overcome life’s challenges.

On her time off, Mary enjoys time with her family and volunteers time for military war veterans.
