Olivia is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) with over 3 years of experience in the mental health field. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Montclair State University. Olivia has provided therapy in outpatient settings, working with a diverse range of clients. Alongside her counseling work, she is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor with 6 years of experience teaching children, teens, and adults. She also holds certifications in Yin Yoga and Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga.

Olivia works with children as young as 5, as well as adolescents and adults. She incorporates Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, yoga, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) into her practice. These approaches have been shown to be effective in addressing various mental health challenges. Olivia believes in the power of incorporating yoga and mindfulness practices into therapy, using it as a tool to help clients connect with their bodies, manage stress, and promote emotional balance.

Olivia has experience working with clients facing challenges such as Anxiety, Depression, Prenatal/Postpartum Issues, Mood Disorders, and a wide range of other mental health concerns.

Olivia enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and golden retriever. She loves practicing yoga, taking Pilates classes and spending time at the beach.

Olivia is a passionate therapist. Olivia deeply believes in the holistic approach, blending traditional therapeutic techniques with the mindful and somatic practice of yoga to create a safe, balanced space for clients to explore their emotions and develop coping strategies. She is dedicated to helping individuals not just heal, but also grow and thrive in all aspects of their lives.
