Jillian Quilty
MSW, LCSW

Jillian is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 8 years of experience in the mental health field. She earned a Masters Degree in Social Work from Fordham University.

She has experience as a therapist working in outpatient private practice, agencies, group homes, schools, and in the community. Jillian works with children as young as 5 years old, adolescents, adults, and families. She utilizes evidence-based treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS).

These techniques have proven to be effective in treating issues related to mental health disorders, trauma symptoms, and behavioral concerns. Jillian has worked with clients struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Suicidal Ideations, Non-Suicidal Self Injury, Parenting Issues, Grief, and a variety of other mental health challenges.

Jillian enjoys spending time with her family. She loves trivia, listening to podcasts, and travel. Jillian is a dedicated psychotherapist. She enjoys learning about new and effective ways to help the clients she serves in meeting their goals.
